PTO Board Positions
Interested in running for a leadership role? Here are the available board positions:
- President
- Leads the PTO, presides over meetings, and oversees all PTO activities, events, and operations. Acts as the main liaison between parents, staff, and school leadership.
- Vice President
- Supports the President and helps guide PTO initiatives. Assists with meetings and serves as backup leadership.
- Treasurer
- Handles all PTO finances, including budget management, fundraising tracking, and financial reporting at meetings.
- Secretary
- Takes meeting minutes, maintains records, and ensures accurate documentation for all PTO business.
- Communications Chair
- Manages social media, emails, newsletters, and flyers to keep the Tavan community informed and engaged.
- Dad’s Club President
- Organizes events and volunteer opportunities specifically for dads and father figures, building a strong presence in our school.
- Volunteer Coordinator
- Coordinates volunteers for all PTO events and school activities. Works closely with committees to fill needs and increase engagement.
- Fundraising Chair
- Leads all fundraising initiatives, sponsorship opportunities, and helps drive the PTO's financial goals.
